Your luxury holiday home in the heart of the Peak District.

Winster Hall is set right in the heart of the Derbyshire village of Winster. Within its own beautiful grounds, the Hall is enclosed by impressive, original stone walls and gateposts. The building is Grade II listed and dates back to 1628 when it was built for a local lead magnate, Francis Moore.

There are three floors of luxury holiday accommodation including seven bedrooms which can sleep up to sixteen people. The impressive sitting room occupies the whole length of the front elevation on the first floor, meaning lots of room for everyone to sit down together after eating in the beautiful dining room in front of a roaring real fire.

A well equipped kitchen and utility room and comfortable conservatory plus four bath/shower rooms will ensure your every need is met.

Your chance to experience a real country house holiday!

Nestling in the south-eastern corner of the Peak District National Park, Winster is a picturesque village with many historic stone built houses and the remarkable 16th Century Market House at it's heart.

Away from Main Street, there are many hidden gems along the ‘ginnels’ or small alleyways scattered around the village.

Chatsworth House, Matlock and Bakewell are within easy reach and for walking or cycling, the High Peak and Tissington Trails and the Limestone Way are nearby.

The community shop & post office is well stocked and just 2 doors away. The village also boasts two pubs serving home cooked food and cask ales.
